Q: When will I get my order? A: All orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery times may vary. Domestic orders normally deliver in 2-7 business days. International orders can take 7 days - 4 weeks to be delivered. If you have questions on the status your order, please email customer service
Q: Where will you ship? A: Anywhere in the world!
Q: What forms of payment do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Q: What if I accidentally list an incorrect address as my shipping address? A: Please email info@fela.netimmediately with “WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS” as the subject line. In the body of your email, please include your name, your order number (starting FELA____), and the correct shipping information.
Q: I want to order something, but it’s out of stock! When will you get more products in? A: Check back for often for updated stock and make sure to follow the official Fela Kuti social media accounts!
Q: My card was declined but I still was charged. A: The charge is a pending transaction and should be removed within 2-3 business days. Your credit card company or bank will hold these funds for your own safety.
Q: I have multiple transactions on my bank statement.| A: Multiple transactions usually show on your statement because the credit card was declined because of incorrect information being submitted (address, security codes, etc.). If you receive an email order confirmation from our store, then you have made a successful purchase. All other transactions should be temporary holds that will be removed in 2-3 business days.
Q: What do I do if I am having trouble with my cart? A: Try enabling cookies on your browser.
